As part of our professional relationships, we collect, process and hold information about you.
The personal data that you transmit to us as part of our Wealth Management Consulting activity and the services that we offer are collected and processed by CONDORCET FINANCE ET PATRIMOINE as data processing manager at meaning of the provisions of the General Regulations on the protection of personal data (GDPR).
This personal data is collected, depending on the case, on different legal bases (your consent, contractual necessity, compliance with a legal obligation and/or the legitimate interest of the Data Controller ).
Regarding your relatives, we thank you for keeping them informed of the terms of this processing of their personal data.
The data collected about you and your relatives will be kept for the duration of our contractual relationship and then archived for a period of five (5) years, in the absence of shorter or longer periods specially provided for, in particular in the event of a dispute.

PROCESSING OF COMPLAINTS
In the event of a dispute or complaint by the customer, the contracting parties undertake to first seek an amicable settlement. The client may submit his complaint to the firm's address, to his usual adviser or manager, who will have 10 days to acknowledge receipt, then 2 months from receipt of the complaint to respond.
In the absence of an amicable settlement, the parties may secondly inform the consumer mediator :
